Titan Party Rentals of NYC supplies events across the borough - tents, tables, chairs, furniture, linens, flooring, staging, and glassware, all from one order and one crew. The approach hasn't changed since the first delivery: everything goes out clean and counted, the crew arrives inside the window your building allows, and the quote you approved is the bill you get.

How We Work

A rental company built for how Manhattan actually hosts

You can't serve this borough from a catalog, because in Manhattan the equipment is maybe a third of the job. The rest is logistics, and logistics is what we actually sell.

Freight elevators with reservation windows and dimensions we confirm before quoting. Doormen with lists and service entrances with rules. Five-story walk-ups where every chair travels by hand. Townhouse gardens in the West Village and Harlem loaded through the parlor floor, one careful piece at a time. Rooftops in Tribeca and on the Lower East Side where nothing gets staked and everything anchors by calculated weight. Galleries in Chelsea with pristine floors and managers who remember every company that ever scarred them. Park events with permits and pack-out plans. We've worked all of it, hundreds of times over, and that mileage is what makes a delivery day boring - which is exactly what a delivery day should be.

The events run the full Manhattan range too: rooftop weddings, corporate holiday parties and product launches, bar and bat mitzvahs uptown, gallery openings, fashion-week satellites, townhouse dinners, engagement parties above Harlem. Different rooms, different formality, one standard.

Standards

How we run every order

The quote is free, itemized, and in writing - every table, chair, cloth, and rack on its own line, with the access priced in from day one. If your event is up four flights or through a three-hour freight window, that's in the quote at the start, never a surprise at the curb.

Everything ships pristine and counted. Chairs wiped, linens pressed and bagged, glassware racked and polished, counts checked twice before loading - because 180 chairs with 15 sticky ones is the kind of thing hosts remember forever.

Tents, dance floors, and staging always get built by our crew, since those are the rentals people stand under and dance on. Tables and chairs get set to your layout or dropped stacked, your call. Same-night breakdowns, standard at venues that turn over daily, get scheduled from booking. And when it's over, we break down, move out the way we came in, and take the glassware and linens back dirty. The washing is our job, not your after-party.

Papers

Insured, papered, and accountable

We're fully insured, and we file certificates of insurance naming your building or venue - with the limits and language Manhattan properties actually require - ahead of delivery day, confirmed received. That's routine paperwork handled before the event instead of panic during it. Our tents carry the flame-retardant certificates venues and inspectors ask about, and ballast plans on rooftops get sized to the tent, the exposure, and the building's load rules, no exceptions.

If something on your order arrives wrong, call the number and it gets fixed. That's the whole policy, and it's why the phone gets answered by a person.

One Order

One order, the whole event

The reason people book us for everything instead of piecing vendors together is simple: it all has to agree. The Tent Rentals footprint has to fit the Table Rentals layout. The Chair Rentals counts have to match the tables, the Linen Rentals have to fit both, the Flooring & Staging Rentals has to work around the tent legs, and the Glassware Rentals has to match the bar from Furniture Rentals. One company planning all of it means one COI, one freight reservation, one crew, one delivery window - and no vendor pointing at another vendor when something's off, because there is no other vendor.

Inwood to the Battery, river to river - if your event is in Manhattan, we deliver to it.
