On the phone we ask six quick things: the date, the guest count, the kind of event, the venue, how the crew gets in - freight elevator, service entrance, walk-up, or curb - and whether the building requires a COI. Five minutes, usually. Those answers shape everything from tent size to how the truck gets packed and when it can legally park.
Then you get an itemized written quote: every table, chair, cloth, and rack on its own line, access and any same-night breakdown priced in, no package mysteries. You adjust it, we revise it, and nothing is booked until you say so. For rooftops, big tents, and odd-shaped rooms, we'll come look first - a ten-minute site visit prevents every delivery-day surprise worth preventing.
Form submissions get a response within one business day, usually much faster. And a booking heads-up: May-through-October weekends and December corporate dates go first. If your date is in season, earlier is everything.
Planning tips before you call
Three answers from your building or venue speed up your quote more than anything else. First, the freight elevator: does it need a reservation, what are its dimensions, and what's the window. Second, the COI: what limits and language does the property require - we file it as part of every booking, from Tent Rentals to Glassware Rentals, but the requirements come from them. Third, the space itself: measurements or a floor plan, because Manhattan rooms don't forgive layout guesswork.
